Pointsoft
End User License Agreement (EULA)
The license agreement is a legal contract between the
end user obtaining the software license ["you"] and
Pointsoft. This agreement sets forth the bounds in which
you may use the SOFTWARE and our rights as developer of
the software package. The SOFTWARE is sold with
Restricted Rights and is protected by International
Copyright Laws. By installing and/or using the SOFTWARE,
you are confirming your acceptance of the SOFTWARE and
agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, then do
not install or use the SOFTWARE and return the SOFTWARE
to your place of purchase for a full refund.
NOTICE: Pointsoft may from time to time amend,
modify, or supplement this agreement by posting a copy
of such amended, modified, or supplemented license
agreement at http://www.Pointsoft.com.com/eula.html.
Please check that webpage regularly for revisions to
this License Agreement. You may provide notice to
Pointsoft of any objection to such revised terms within
thirty (30) days after they are posted; please send any
such objection by email to
info@pointsoft.com. You will be deemed to have
accepted the amended, modified, or supplemented terms if
you thereafter use the SOFTWARE.
GRAND OF LICENSE
Pointsoft grants you a limited, non-transferable,
non-exclusive license to use one copy of the software
program or programs ["the SOFTWARE"]. If a single user
system was purchased, you are limited to using the
SOFTWARE on one computer. If a multi-user "site license"
of the SOFTWARE was purchased, you are limited to using
the SOFTWARE on one outlet as specified on the invoice.
Use of the SOFTWARE is defined as loading the program on
any one of its components into RAM with the purpose of
accessing any information within.
COPYRIGHT
The SOFTWARE is owned by Pointsoft and is protected by
International copyright laws and international treaty
provisions. You may transfer the SOFTWARE to a single
hard disk and keep the original solely for backup
purpose. The original may not be distributed or
transferred to anyone outside your business. If you
allow the unlawful use of this SOFTWARE, you shall be
held liable for copyright infringement.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent or lease, re-sell or transfer the
SOFTWARE without the written permission of Pointsoft.
You may not modify, alter, change, enhance,
reverse-engineer, disassemble, de-compile, make any
attempt to view the source code of the SOFTWARE, or
create derivative works from the SOFTWARE.
GENERAL
If any provision of this agreement is found to be
unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision
shall be severed from this agreement and will not affect
the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining
provisions. This agreement shall be constructed under
and governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
